    Core Values

Tweet From the beginning, I was told that I needed a mission/vision statement and core values.  I don’t remember who it was who felt I was in need of their advice but I’m sure it was someone with a business degree from a prestigious college who had never started a business from their kitchen table with $150.00 of working capital.  The mission and vision statement have proven somewhat useless for me (that doesn’t mean its the same for others) but the core values have been invaluable.  This is mainly because they are reminders of my own imperfections and that all of this is a work in progress.  The biggest lesson I have learned is that the best way to keep an ego in check is to have none at all. The Craig Technologies core values are Family, Integrity, Loyalty, Passion and Community..   Intended to be in that order but in reality, interchangeable depending on the moment…  the next few posts will be my musing related to the core values and what they really mean…. and a reminder of my own imperfections…
